This source in the Oregonian reveals a counselor Ann Miller in West Linn High School who explained the reasons teenagers drink and how it is caused. Miller also answered questions directed to her by the parents. The editorial also helped me to support my position how to negotiate between the governments who made strict laws to limit underage drinking.

This source not only reveals the consequences of underage drinking. It states that underage drinking can cause brain damage to the developing human brain. This is proved by the research done in the process. This editorial provides me the reasons against underage drinking.
